wailingwallstl:

I went to the wailing wall for the first time this week to retrieve the letters left by the people of St. Louis. I have been working on the wailing wall project for close to a year now. The problem that erupted in Ferguson centered around the murder of Mike Brown, is a deeply-rooted, ugly evil that has plagued St. Louis long before the cameras showed up. Many of these letters address Mike Brown and his family, other address gentrification and empathy. This dialogue is the first step to healing and sustainable change. Please keep speaking….
